Imagine That

I am going to ask you to go on a little journey with me. A journey into your mind, thoughts and creative powers. Like when we were little, if you were anything like me and my siblings, we could play for hours in imaginary situations. We would literally get lost in the world we created and shared with each other. And it seemed as if we had really gone some place. So I am going to ask you to tap into your childhood creativeness and imagine something with me.

Imagine being loved so unconditionally that it doesn't make any sense. That no matter what you thought, did or said that that love would remain unwavering, unchanged and steadfast. Imagine being loved by someone much more than you love yourself. A reckless, everlasting, indestructible type of love. It doesn't sound possible, does it?

Imagine being created by an all powerful, and all knowing being. A being that is everywhere at all times. A being that created you on purpose and for a specific purpose. The Creator of everything. Holy and wise, infinite and eternal, good and just. A being that is the greatest of the great, that cannot be compared to anything or anyone you know. That doesn't sound possible. does it?

Now imagine getting to know The Creator personally. Imagine Him revealing Himself to you. Imagine talking to Him whenever you want. And imagine Him talking to you. Leading you on this journey of life. Imagine Him knowing your name and everything about you. Imagine Him revealing your true self and your specific purpose to you. Doesn't sound possible, does it?

These things may sound too good to be true but guess what? This is what a relationship with Christ looks like. And this is available to us all. But you have to seek this relationship for yourself. Open your mind and your heart to Him. Allow Him into every aspect of your life and watch Him blow your mind. He wants this type of relationship with each and every one of us. He is right there just waiting for you to turn to Him.

I know I only asked you to imagine these things but you don't have to imagine it. You can have this for yourself today. If you don't know Him like this give Him a chance, try Him. He is waiting for you right now.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Romans 8:35-39 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our LORD.

Jeremiah 29:11 11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Isaiah 43:13 13Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?
