Sometimes You Just Need To Be Alone

There are times in your life when you need to be alone. Not really by yourself but time spent alone with the Lord. Life can be stressful and we don't always understand how we got into a particular situation. We often have questions about what we need to do next, where to go or who to turn to. So many uncertainties in life. But remember, God is always there and we do not have to live this life all by ourselves.

Prayer is one of the tools He has given us. A powerful tool to help us and when used properly the heavens respond on our behalf. Isn't that amazing. It speaks to how much God cares about us. That He would equipt us to be able to manifest miracles in our own lives, through prayer.

So, go to your quiet place, Spend uninterrupted time in prayer where you can really focus on Him. Without a timer, without any distractions. Just you, the Lord and whatever it is that you have on your mind. Tell Him what's going on, ask Him for guidance, ask Him to intervene on your behalf. Sometimes we just need to give it all to the Lord in prayer. That simple gesture is an expression of our faith and allows Him to act in our lives.

Most importantly, listen for a response. You may not get an audible response so pay attention to what you feel led to do. Pay attention to any new insights you may have about the situation. The Lord works in mysterious ways, so be open to however He may respond to you. Stay prayerful, stay in His word. Focus on living a better life for yourself. Be patient, be obedient to His word and let Him do the rest.

Acts 9:40 40But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Psalm 107:28-30 28Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. 29He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. 30Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.

Matthew 7:7 7Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Matthew 7:7 7Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

John 14:13-14 13And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
